Interns Present: Judges Needed!

We are pleased to extend an invitation to participate as Round One Judges for Interns Present, a highlight of Rutgers National Engineers Week activities. This special event is scheduled for Monday evening, February 17, 2025 (please see additional details below).
Interns Present offers an opportunity for 20 students from across the school’s disciplines to present their internship experience in front of a panel of judges, fellow students, faculty, staff, and friends. Up to four students will present in your room; Round One Judges will follow a rubric to help guide scoring on such areas as delivery, content, personal experience, etc., with a focus on effective communication and visual aids. Each of four presentation rooms will identify one finalist to move onto Round Two.

- Times:
- 6:45pm: arrival at Richard Weeks Hall of Engineering for check-in.
- 7pm to 7:15pm, Welcome.
- 7:15pm to 8pm, Round One Presentations and Judging, selection of finalists.
- 8pm-8:30pm, Dinner/Networking.
- 8:30pm-9:50pm, Round Two Presentations and Judging, Awards.
- Please note that all Round One Judges are welcome to stay for Round Two.
