DESCRIPTION:This is an at-large meeting open to all alumni and an opportunity to meet and greet the REA Board\, learn about REA events\, and to network with your fellow alumni. There will be the option to join virtually as well – Zoom Link (password: rutgers): Zoom Meeting May \nLocation: 3rd Floor Conference Room\, Weeks Hall of Engineering – Busch Campus\n\nRSVP at the email: engineering.alumni@rutgers.edu\n\nParking Details:\nVisitors may park in Lots 51\, 59B & 59. Guests must use the below link to register for the event. They must enter an email address where they will receive a confirmation. Until this process is completed their vehicles are not registered and your guests may receive a citation. Special Event parking does not include metered parking or allow free parking to faculty\, staff\, or students. Rutgers affiliated Faculty\, Staff and Students must have a Rutgers parking permit (Semester\, Daily\, or Event) and park accordingly. DESCRIPTION:Rutgers Engineering will celebrate the Class of 2026 at its School Convocation on Friday\, May 15\, beginning at 10:00 AM at the RAC. We are seeking alumni and friends to volunteer prior to the ceremony to help welcome graduates as they line up to march in by handing out Rutgers Alumni pins inside the RAC arena. \nSign-up to hand out R Alumni pins to graduates before convocation: https://forms.gle/ukR6zVRfb8pYQFmB8 \nThis is a meaningful way to congratulate our newest alumni\, represent the Rutgers Engineering community\, and be part of this milestone moment before the ceremony begins.
