DESCRIPTION:We appreciate your interest in participating in the inaugural SoE Multidisciplinary Senior Design Expo – an in-person event designed to: \n\nShowcase student capstone senior design projects – a culmination of all four years of engineering education and study into a final product or system.\nDeepen alumni engagement with Rutgers SoE.\nEngage industry leaders and local community schools.\nBuild a standing tradition for Rutgers SoE and its community.\n\nSign-up Form: https://rutgers.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2o8bgOfeNPKIYya?Q_CHL=qr \nThe expo will take place on Wednesday\, April 22\, 2026\, on the Busch campus in Piscataway\, NJ. Participation in all events during the day is not required. \nREA Senior Design Expo Planning Committee: This committee will partner with SoE leadership and staff to host the Dean’s Breakfast (9:00 – 10:30 AM) and Student/Alumni Fun Night (5:30 – 8:30 PM)\, and help publicize the senior design expo to other Rutgers alumni. Please indicate your interest in participating on the REA Senior Design Expo Planning Committee. \nDean’s Breakfast: Kick-off\, invitation-only event\, scheduled from 9:00 – 10:30 AM on Wednesday\, April 22\, 2026. SoE will coordinate/pay for location and food. Please indicate your interest in participating in this breakfast. \nJudging\, Senior Design Posters/Project Demos \nShare your expertise as a judge! This portion of the day will occur between 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM. You may sign up for the entire experience\, or select the time(s) that work best for your schedule. \nAlumni Networking \nChat with students – discuss your Rutgers experience\, professional journey\, industry pointers\, etc. Field questions from the next generation of engineering leaders. This informal networking session is scheduled from 3 to 4 PM.

Join Rutgers Engineering alumni at 5:00 PM on Saturday\, April 25\, 2026\, after Rutgers Day festivities and the spring football game conclude. Reconnect with classmates\, meet fellow engineers\, and keep the Rutgers Day energy going over bar snacks and drinks. The REA will have RU Engineering swag giveaways at the event! \nThe happy hour will be hosted at a restaurant in Piscataway\, with the exact location shared closer to Rutgers Day based on the number of sign-ups.
